Meet Stacey.

Mighty Bites Co-Owner

Stacey is the co-owner of Chicago Game & Gourmet, a trusted supplier of premium meats to high-end restaurants in the Chicago area for over 30 years. She has worked in the food business alongside Peter, her husband, for over 25 years. The idea for Mighty Bites was born in response to the growing demand at Chicago Game & Gourmet for high-quality options for pet food. Stacey’s goal became to provide pure food products for her dogs and every other dog. She has always had passions for animal advocacy and wanted to leave her mark in the animal world by providing them with the best nutritional topper out there.

Meet Brianna.

Mighty Bites Co-Owner

Brianna Burkitt, joined as co-owner, ensuring that every aspect of Mighty Bites aligns with its mission of quality, transparency, and sustainability. Brianna has passions for ethical sourcing, leadership, and ensuring Mighty Bites provides top tier products. When she joined the team, her goal was to educate the everyday consumer on what gold-standard products should look like. She teamed up with Peter Andrews (her Dad), the owner of Chicago Game and Gourmet for the past 30 years, to ensure that she had the best education about sourcing and producing quality game meats.

Meet Jace.

Certified Veterinary Nurse
and Co-Owner

Jace got involved with Mighty Bites to provide education and to pursue her passion in small animal nutrition. Jace was in the veterinary field for 9 years as a Certified Veterinary Nurse, Veterinary Receptionist, Veterinary Assistant, and dog trainer. Throughout those 9 years, she worked at general practices, an emergency hospital, and a specialty hospital in their Neurology department. When she left the veterinary field, she saw it as an opportunity to pursue Mighty Bites full time and focus on the major problem she saw while in the veterinary field. The major problem being not enough focus on your pet's nutrition and how it can tie into almost every diagnosis and chronic disease. Her view on nutrition is that it has so much room for improvement overall and Mighty Bites is the solution.

Meet Becca.

Mighty Bites Designer

Becca Smith is the in-house designer and brand manager of Mighty Bites. She is passionate about pet wellness and improving honesty and quality in the industry, and joined the Mighty Bites team to bring their vision to life. She hopes to help move the pet industry in a direction that is more authentic and engaging, with healthy products that actually boost your pet's lifespan.
